1. September 11th - september 13th Meal vouchers will be provided to you upon check-in, please take care of them.
2. Visiting the exhibition area or participating in the interactive sessions during the conference;
3. Discussions and questions arranged in each course, and the opportunity to communicate with lecturers face-to-face;
4. Three-day lunch from september 11th to september 13th, meal vouchers will be sent when you sign in, please take care of them;

1. Staff from Hongyu Medical V-Clamp partner centers must upload a supporting document, such as proof of employment, when purchasing tickets at the discounted rate. it is not excluded that under special circumstances, you may be required to provide additional information to prove your eligibility for the discount.
2. A previous cfvc attendees are required to upload his/her certificate of participation of previous congress.
3. Accommodation is not included in the ticket fee. (If you would like the organizer to arrange your accommodation, please select the option and make payment during registration.)

For ticket transfers, please contact the organizer with the new attendee details at least 10 working days prior to the event. No ticket transfers will be accepted within 10 working days of the event.
